The Rise Method was created to help you break old patterns, rebuild the habits that shape your identity, and rise into a version of yourself who follows through with intention. This program makes change feel supportive, realistic, and rooted in science - not willpower.
After earning my master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and spending years supporting children with severe autism, I began to see the deeper patterns that drive human behavior. The more I studied behavior, and the more I taught fitness and Pilates, the clearer it became:

The Rise Method was built to change that.
This 12-week experience combines evidence-based behavior science, identity reshaping, reinforcement planning, and habit architecture to help you create routines that last. We focus on the psychology behind consistency: the patterns, triggers, systems, and environments that shape how you show up each day.
You’ll learn how to build habits that feel natural, design routines that support your goals, and step into the identity of someone who follows through—not just when you're motivated, but every day with intention.

The Rise Method is a $1200 12-week, 1:1 behavior science coaching experience designed to help you redesign your habits, routines, and identity from the inside out.
